Grow with us and cultivate your own leadership style.
Are you preparing to become a student mentor on campus? Leadership naturally lives in all of us, and your unique perspective is needed now more than ever. In every space, whether at work, in your community, or among friends, there is a demand for authentic, collaborative leadership.
Together, we can create environments where everyone’s voice is valued and innovation thrives.
Foundations of Collaborative Leadership (FCL) is an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to develop core skills for working in a peer-to-peer program at the University of Waterloo.
The FCL supports the quality and efficacy of peer-to-peer programs across campus by providing centralized training for students to enhance skills that are critical to mentorship success, as well as workplace preparedness.
FCL is the first workshop of the Community leadership Certificate (CLC), and I loved it! FCL inspired me to pursue the rest of the certificate.
