In this module, students learn to recognize the stages of team development, the role of conflict in teams as well as when and why different types of potential conflicts can occur. They learn conflict mitigation strategies aimed at reducing or resolving relationship conflict, and dealing with difficult behaviours.
Students will learn to recognize differences among team members needs and perspectives as well as when and why different types of potential conflicts can occur. They will then learn various strategies aimed at reducing or solving relationship conflict.
