Alexandra Post is currently pursuing her Masters of Environmental Studies (MES) in Social and Ecological Sustainability at the University of Waterloo. Alexandra’s work is rooted in participatory action research, and she is passionate about community-based projects. Holding an undergrad Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo, Alexandra looks for opportunities to participate in sustainable, respectful and innovative organizations. Currently Alexandra is exploring Indigenous led monitoring programs across Canada and their role in supporting First Nation, Inuit and Metis environmental governance. Alexandra is continuing to learn how to create respectful and meaningful spaces between and with Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples with patient guidance from Knowledge Holders.
