Social Innovation Generation at the University of Waterloo (SiG) developed several educational programs and professional training curricula which ran from 2011 to 2014.
- Innovation leadership Program New Change Strategies for a Complex World, Haida Gwaii, BC (September 2014) - A six day executive education program equipped professionals with strategic approaches to address complex problems.
- Graduate diploma program (2011-2014) - This successful program, funded by the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation, guided students to design social innovations strategies that address complex challenges.
- Rockefeller foundation global fellowship program (2013-2014) - A year-long experience for 2013-14 fellows who learned how to address social and environmental problems affecting poor and vulnerable populations.
