Kira Cooper is a postdoctoral fellow exploring the nexus of inner and outer sustainability. Currently, she is developing an open-sourced program to assess the readiness of organisations to leverage inner transformations for systemic change. Additionally, she is developing a suite of accessible pedagogical tools and experiments to help cultivate affective, cognitive, and relational skills to shift beyond unconscious normalcy and embrace uncertainty, chaos, and paradox as precursors for transformative change.
