Web Dev Rev wrap-up for May 25, 2018

This week's Web Dev Rev, guest-hosted by WCMS developer Tyler Struyk, started with some Drupal-related notes:

• submission deadline for session to Drupal North is May 29th
• the Royal Family is using Drupal
• Adobe buys Magneto - thoughts from Dries
• Dries blogs about the next Drupal API-first movements and administration interface improvements

Then we had a "general" web development note:

• Do's and don'ts for writing BEM

Next up, we watched the "BEM syntax" and "SASS" portions of a video from DrupalCon Los Angeles 2015 from the session Front-End Efficiency with BEM Syntax and Atomic Design.

We finished by watching How Memory Works in PHP and its Hidden Costs from DrupalCon Nashville.
