This week's Web Dev Rev started with Drupal notes:

Following the notes, we watched "The Accessible Canada Act is the Law of the Land - What does this mean for Drupal?" from DrupalCamp Ottawa 2019.
The video mentioned that Shopify had done testing with drunk users. While some quick Googling couldn't turn that up, we did find the following links that offer testing services from a very specific outlook:
