This week's Web Dev Rev started with Drupal notes:
Acquia to receive majority investment from Vista Equity Partners- JSON:API in Drupal 8.8 is up to 3x faster than Drupal 8.7
- compondend-based design system in Drupal with Acquia Cohesion
- Drupal 8 for content editors: better with new Claro admin theme
- idea for "create Views from Layout Builder" module
- on editing node data in Layout Builder (link no longer available)
- perspectives of women in technology (part 1)
- perspectives of women in technology (part 2)
Then, there were some "general" notes:
- Google chrome update to blame for unbootable Macs
- introducing CKEditor 4 spreadsheets
- CSS-Tricks on browser engine diversity
- no colour left unnamed
Following the notes, we ended the session by watching "Making Drupal Friendly for Editors and Clients" from Drupal GovCon 2019.
