WCMS 3.1.11 release

All WCMS 3 sites are being upgraded to WCMS 3.1.11.

Features/functionality

• Added support for a site subheader
• Added a caption field to facts and figures (to match WCMS 2)
• Made the revision log for content changes include basic change information if no explicit comment is entered

Fixes/updates

• Prevented saving a manual profile list block when no profiles are selected
• Stopped including non-page-generating content types in related links autocomplete list
• Prevented search engines from indexing the webform "view" page (forms should be embedded in content pages to be indexed)
• Improved some automated tests
• Updated many contrib modules
• Updated to the newest major release of Drupal Core

• Removed the author from the teaser for news and blog
