Fixes/updates
- fixed an issue where submitting a block with a blank required date would break the buttons in the modal
- fixed an issue where the iCal link wouldn't work on events with a defined time zone
- fixed an issue where publication references with identical titles would only show one item in listings
- fixed a potential future issue with the dashboard breaking if a specific setting is a block configuration option
- updated conditionally visible fields to all use the same method to control visibility
- updated multiple contrib modules
Theming changes
- fixed the "inverted L right, 50/50 split" and the "4 column, larger 3rd column" section layouts to have the right column widths
- improved the consistency of side padding on narrower screens across all section widths
- adjusted the way the accessible description of pagination is handled to avoid heading level issues
Migration fixes
- removed migration of webform access settings that were preventing saving the access settings on migrated forms
