Release notes

added the ability to create and use templates for section content in layout builder
added the ability to add a mask to webform inputs
added the ability to mark an image as decorative, for proper accessibility of images that have no inherent meaning
added the ability to add search keywords to catalog items, to improve searching from within the WCMS
added the ability to directly upload EPUB files

changed the dashboard content block so the "last updated" column displays the date of the last published revision, as opposed to the date of any change (which included automated changes from WCMS releases)
ensured the publication status information (the yellow box at the top of content pages) only displays once
ensured cloning a catalog item shows only the fields necessary for the selected catalog
ensured image blocks validate that a type of sized image has been selected
ensured hitting cancel while creating additional taxonomy terms will go to the dashboard instead of the site home page
ensured that items on the content access page are always listed in alphabetical order
fixed the permissions for the webform role with calculation fields and remote fields
fixed the validation for calculation fields
adjusted the <dfn> tag setup to allow attributes that are needed for accessibility
added additional filtering to the publication reference API
fixed an accessibility issue with Drupal's "live announce" region
fixed the spelling of "to" in the publication reference description

fixed an issue where the page title would not display if a hero image was used but the associated media item was deleted
fixed an issue where the page title could obscure the content below on narrower screens (e.g. mobile) if a hero image was used
fixed an issue where the alt attribute (needed for accessibility) was not being populated for images in timelines
fixed an issue where the alt attribute (needed for accessibility) was missing for the "add" button for webform elements configured to allow multiple values
made facts and figures text that was wider than the figure wrap instead of clipping
made webform elements with width settings display more consistently across field types
fixed calls to action to ensure the colours used with Grebel selected are accessible
ensured all search blocks display at the proper width
corrected the capitalization of "UWaterloo" (where it was "uWaterloo") for public-facing content (e.g. in the X/Twitter link)
added a comma after "Anishinaabeg" in the territorial agreement
