Features/functionality
- added agenda option for events in manual and automatic list blocks (similar to the WCMS 2 conference theme's agenda)
- added the OFIS experts search block
- changed catalogs "new" listing to use initial creation date; added "updated" option that lists by the date of the last update
- added prevention for deleting catalogs that are in use
- added menu items for local video to the media block on the dashboard
- created blocks that can be optionally added to dashboards to list publication reference items
- added archiving support for Kuali
- added an option to "edit media" for file media in the editor (e.g. in copy text blocks) to display the link using the media title instead of the filename
- added a new role, "legacy", that can be assigned to users when they do not have other internal roles, to prevent automated deletion after a year of inactivity
Fixes/updates
- adjusted YouTube validation for site footer social media links to support more modern options
- fixed an issue that was preventing catalogs from being selected in manual list blocks
- made it so pages set to use a hero image that has been deleted from the media library are not missing information
- made it so pages set to use a video banner that has been deleted from the media library do not break the page
- made it so that catalog items set to use a catalog that was deleted do not break
- ensured scheduled publication options appear in the correct spot when cloning content
- ensured scheduled publication options appear in a consistent order between content types
- fixed the pubDate definition for the news RSS feed
- updated the "include all items" text to be more accurate now that items can be excluded from automatic listings

Theming changes
- fixed layout issues when infographics were used in facts and figures
- fixed an issue where repeating/multiple event dates would appear overtop of the site menu
- ensured that automatic list blocks for contacts display correctly, matching the manual list block
- ensured that manual list blocks for services display correctly, matching the automatic list block
- adjusted how items that extend to the browser's edge when in full-width sections (e.g. banners, full-width images, maps) do that, so they are not trimmed at the edges
- made tag words that are wider than the column the block is in wrap rather than extend out of the column
- added label tags as needed for existing search blocks and listing page filters, for accessibility
- changed how alternative text is output in hero images, for accessibility
- made the publish/unpublish link in the publication status box be underlined, for accessibility
- made error message in layout builder modals more visible
- restored the social media icons in the global footer
- fixed display of maps when used inside an expand/collapse block
