Features/functionality
- added the ability for contacts to have more than one email address
- added the ability to upload JSON files
- added the ability to click on the role on the dashboard info line to find out more information
- added a feature to the links block, where if the title is left blank and the link is within the same site, the title of the linked page is displayed as the link title instead of the URL (if for some reason you wish to preserve the URL display, add the URL to the title field instead of leaving it blank); as part of this, internal links are always converted to the standard format
Fixes/updates
- fixed an issue preventing repeating Waterloo Events from being included in a Waterloo Events block
- made YouTube playlists (using the /playlist URL) and shorts (using the /shorts URL) identify as such
- made external video display the name of the video in the "view on" link, for accessibility when there are multiple videos from the same provider on the same page
- made links on listing page images have an attribute describing the actual link, for accessibility
- fixed an issue where external links in a links block would incorrectly be preceded by a "/" when editing an existing block
- updated Google ownership string validation to support newer codes
- excluded event maps from Editoria11y scanning
- removed unintended block options from dashboard customization
- fixed an issue where an internal function was incorrectly handling required parameters
- updated some contrib modules
Theming changes
- fixed text positioning issue on certain video banner styles
- made full width sections and section background colours extend properly on all content types except contacts (which will be fixed in a future release)
- fixed multiple accessibility issues with the cookie banner accept button
- prevented external video blocks from overlapping content underneath when the "view on" link wraps to multiple lines
- made YouTube shorts (using the /shorts URL) display vertically, matching their default orientation
- fixed an accessibility issue with the show/hide revision elements button
- ensured years up to 9999 will always fit on one line in a timeline block
- added an underline to the link in the territorial acknowledgement in the global footer, for accessibility
- darkened form field help text for accessibility
- made link block text always white when used without a background in the site footer, regardless of the colour selected, for accessibility
- made tabs on catalog listing pages be properly identified as such, for accessibility
