Fixes/updates
- fixed cases where existing French and Chinese translations were not getting applied (note that there are still areas where we need to get translations)
Theming changes
- made it possible for browser search to find content inside closed expand/collapse blocks (except Safari, where this is not currently supported but support is expected in a future release)
- fixed an issue where the layout builder block indicators would only be visible when the layout builder page first loaded
- fixed the video size for OFIS profiles with an associated video
