Fixes/updates
- ensured reference items title is required when creating/editing content
- ensured image blocks properly validate the size entry
- added a signal to crawlers (e.g. Google, Siteimprove) to not follow the previous/next month links in the multi-type calendar
- fixed an accessibility issue with listing page text input fields, to ensure they have proper labels
- made validation messages in the layout sidebar have accessible contrast
- ensured links to RSS feeds for publications have the proper path
- standardized date formats in administrative tables on ISO 8601 (yyyy-mm-dd)
- updated 300, 304 and 305 redirects to use 302, and removed those original options from the available types
- changed the help text for "items per block" in automatic listing blocks to avoid issues with automatic pluralization
- ensured that publication issues set to be excluded from the listing page are in fact excluded from the listing page and RSS feed
- made it so the publication-related options in the automatic list block require a publication to be selected
- ensured OPB profiles do not show the "Graduate studies" header when there is no content for that section
- fixed the link to the user when attempting to add a user that already exists
- fixed an issue preventing generation of resized images on authentication-required sites
- ensured that the contact information header for contacts does not show when there is no information
Theming changes
- fixed multiple issues where content in a section with an image section using shadowed text was incorrectly shadowed
- added final theming for the content navigation block
- changed the text for publication issue download to remove reference to PDFs, since the file could be in other formats
