Introducing the new WCMS help portal!
The WCMS team has launched their new WCMS project in Jira allowing clients to easily submit questions and requests all in one place!
How to use this portal
- Navigate to the WCMS help portal.
- Select the appropriate option for your request.
- Include the subject line in the Summary field.
- Complete the associated form and submit.
Note: when CC'ing someone on a request use their eight character WatIAM ID email.
