Join us at WiCS CON 2025!
WiCS Con 2025 will include networking, informative presentations, workshops, mock interview sessions, panels, and more!
The conference will host mock-interviews in the morning and open with a Women in Tech panel. Following our opening panel we will have several concurrent sessions featuring presentations from WiCS sponsors for students and community members, and workshops hosted by UWaterloo graduate students for our high school attendees. We will end the day with a networking reception featuring industry sponsors.

Event Information
When: Friday, May 9th, 2025; 10 am - 6 pm
Where: UWaterloo Davis Centre, 1st Floor
Who: Women and gender-diverse UWaterloo and high school students, and local community members interested in tech.
Cost: FREE!
Food Provided: Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided
All WiCS CON attendees must abide by our CODE OF CONDUCT.
To create a personalised conference schedule:
- Click on the session you are interested in
- In the top right-hand corner, click [+iCal]
- Add .ics file to your calendar:
- iPhone Users: Use the Safari browser, then click on Add to Calendar at the bottom of the pop-up window.
- Android Users: Download the .ics file, click Open, select your Calendar App, then click Add to Calendar in the bottom of the pop-up.
- Computer Users: Download the .ics file, then upload it to your favourite calendar application.
- Repeat for the remaining sessions you want to attend!
