What is Open Doors?

Open Doors is an event designed to give you an opportunity to learn more about support services and academic accommodations offered through AccessAbility Services.

By registering for Open Doors you will have a chance to:

• Meet other first-year University of Waterloo students
• Learn more about AccessAbility Services
• Receive information tailored to meet your needs
• Be introduced to assistive technology that can help you complete tasks efficiently and independently
• Reduce or remove barriers to help achieve academic and personal goals
• Speak to an advisor from the AccessAbility Services team to assist with your transition to university
• Receive information regarding other campus events/programs
