The Global Alumni Volunteer Network is an integrated model, that supports the meaningful partnership between volunteers and the Office of Advancement. It elevates and enhances the impact of your work as volunteers while supporting students and alumni by aligning with the University's strategic vision.
This model is designed around five goals. To learn more about each goal and the vital role you play in achieving them, watch the videos and review their supporting resources below.
Goal 1: Alumni Engagement
Alumni Engagement is in everything that we do…but what does it actually mean? Watch this video to learn more about our Waterloo Alumni and the best ways to engage with them.

Goal 2: Student Engagement
Student engagement is focused on fostering a connected and supportive community of alumni and students, to develop what we call the Student-Alumni Bridge. Watch this video to gain insights on our student population as well as tips and tricks on how you can successfully engage them.
