M.Arch getting ready to defend checklist

Read the following before submitting:

Please use the form below to submit when you are ready to defend your thesis. Only submit if all details are finalized, including the thesis copy uploaded (if applicable). Do not submit false information, or check off statement boxes that are untrue. This could postpone your defense. If your supervisor does not confirm all details after submission, your defence could be postponed. Do not use a TBD/TBA answer in the form, only submit when details are confirmed.
