Writing and Communication Centre

The Writing and Communication Centre offers a variety of workshops, resources and events to help graduate students develop skills to enhance their papers, presentations, thesis, and more. They also offer appointments to work with students for planning, revisions etc.

Learn new business, technology-related, and creative skills through expert-led course videos with LinkedIn Learning. University of Waterloo students have free access to a wide variety of courses by just using their school email to log in.

Co-op for undergraduate students

The Co-operative Program allows students to personally experience the nature and variety of the work the profession offers. Co-op terms also make it possible to acquire a wide array of specific skills, discipline, and experience which complements the more exploratory and speculative work in the Design Studio. Various services are made available to all to help you find a co-op position as well as acess to WaterlooWorks' job boards.
