Architecture Student Work Exhibition
After 45 years, we celebrate our latest term in the Eternal City,
and recall those before with the ardent assertion:
Our Future is in Rome.
The University of Waterloo School of Architecture class of 2025 is proud to reaffirm our long-standing Presence in Rome with an exhibit of our design projects, sketches, photographs and videos. Through it, we seek to convey the lasting impact of our temporary stay in Rome, the most layered of cities, where ancient buildings and urban armatures are inhabited by a modern people. As foreign student designers, we explored a reciprocal approach to these spaces, striving to take in the rich history of the land, while providing our own unique perspective.
We are delighted to invite you to view our Fall 2024 material alongside documentation spanning 45 years, to serve as a record of a continued legacy.
Opening Night Celebration – Friday May 9th, 7pm to 10pm
Exhibition is open May 9th – 13th, weekdays 1pm – 7pm, weekends 11am – 8pm 58 Grand Ave S Suite 201, Cambridge, ON (gaslight district)
The exhibition will be on display in Toronto from May 15th – 25th in the Distillery District at 50 Gristmill Lane.
