Shortlisted Entries in Legacy Art Project for Toronto’s Waterfront Revealed
Legacy Art Project Toronto, an initiative to make a new public artwork on Toronto’s waterfront inspired by Terry Fox, revealed the work of the five shortlisted teams including one composed of faculty members Adrian Blackwell, Jane Hutton, and artist Luis Jacob, working with recent and current students Daniel Shen and Caroline Rose Brodeur. Their entry to the competition - The Impossible Garden - uses a tensegrity structure to form a public space that brings people, plants, and animals into dynamic and precarious relations.
