Tak Yi Leung holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture from the University of Waterloo. His research in informal architecture and urban infrastructure stems from his time spent working and studying around the world, particularly in Hong Kong and Singapore. He presented his work in the 2018 Great Asian Streets Symposium in Singapore with a focus on collaborative citizen-driven placemaking. Tak Yi currently lives and works in Toronto.
