Students in the iBASE program are encouraged to live in Renison University College’s Residence during the iBASE program. Residence rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis and students will be accommodated in a shared traditional double room at Renison.
If you would like to live in the Renison Residence during iBASE, we strongly recommend that you arrive to move in on Friday, July 5, 2024. This will allow you time to adjust to your surroundings and settle in before you begin iBASE. There will be events and activities that will take place during the weekend to help you get settled for life in Canada. For this reason, we recommend you purchase an airplane ticket to arrive on this day. Residence move-out date for iBASE is Wednesday, August 30, 2024.
Be sure to confirm your offer to iBASE and the University of Waterloo by Monday, June 3, 2024 and complete the iBASE Registration form.
Also, be sure to submit your iBASE fees to Renison University College no later than Friday, June 7, 2024.
