About this course
This workshop focuses on the development of a project charter. It is for graduate students, preferably those with experience in project management. Participants will work through defining the components of a charter using a series of questions, and develop the recommended content for all of them. The project kickoff meeting will be discussed in the context of the developed charters. Participants are asked to bring a project idea to work on for the duration of the class.
Pre-requisite: It is highly recommended that participants take Introduction to Project Management prior to this workshop.
