The Computational Mathematics program and the Faculty of Mathematics value the hard work graduate students put in during their TA assignments. The Computational Mathematics Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award is given, upon nomination by course instructors, to TAs who have done outstanding work in carrying out his or her TA duties.

The recipients of the Winter 2022 Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award are Waqas Bin Hamed, Cassandra Wong, and Leon Yao.

Shuhui Zhu, a CM research student, presented their Computational Mathematics research paper to their peers and supervisors on December 17, 2021.
