To attend this workshop, Understanding Conflict Foundations and Understanding Conflict Advanced are highly recommended.

There is no greater satisfaction than to see another person flourish and to know that one's presence has helped a person come to this place. While conflict can cause people to struggle, a conflict coach partners with those in a conflict, empowering them to be at their best, to engage their conflict well and to come out the other side more whole, more capable and above all, more at peace.

This two day introductory workshop is intended to provide you with the training and skills to help build capacity of individuals to manage conflict situations on their own, without the engagement of a third party. The role of a Conflict Coach helps benefit the person being coached in their long term ability to self manage their conflicts, and ultimately to engage in the solutions that are more likely to succeed.

Testimonials

"The instructor provides first-hand learning using real experiences and knowledge to best support participants in their own development. The course was engaging and enriching. Well done. I will definitely be interested in more online delivery options to balance professional, personal, and geographic restrictions."

"At no time did I feel that this format was "less than" the classroom workshop version; in fact, I found it suited my learning style preferences even better. I liked the use of virtual break-out rooms for practice coaching, the plenary sessions for discussions, the sharing of PowerPoint slides as a teaching tool. Excellent stories with real life connection assisted the learning."

"Very well organized. Role play scenarios added great value to the course. Excellent to have such collaboration and knowledge sharing virtually!"
