Arts update: Incomplete grades as of winter 2020 term

Update for instructors in the Faculty of Arts

Some students will be expected to complete the requirements to replace the INC on their record with a numerical grade by the end of this (Winter 2020) term. Some of those students will be unable to meet the conditions of the INC agreement because they will be unable to write a deferred final exam or other assignment that cannot be completed in our present conditions.

Communications from the Registrar’s Office (RO) to undergraduate students are archived at https://uwaterloo.ca/registrar-resources-staff-and-faculty/; you need to log in and go to “Mass email communications – undergraduate students,” where you will find all the COVID-19 emails. And please remember: no in-person class activities are permitted on or off campus!
