Math update: Technical information on moving your teaching online for the remainder of winter 2020

We would like to provide you with the following brief, additional technical information on moving your teaching online for the last two weeks of the Winter 2020 term:  

• If you have not used Crowdmark before for online delivery and marking of assignments or other assessments, you can find some documentation at https://uwaterloo.ca/crowdmark.
• In terms of delivery modes for online material, it is strongly suggested to either post pdf or course notes on LEARN for self-study, or post videos of narrated slides or written content that students can view at a time of their choosing. The third option of live-streamed teaching (with the recording also to be posted) has a steeper learning curve and may pose technical challenges, so we only recommend this for experienced instructors. Again, in this short timeline, you should do what you’re most comfortable with. You can also refer to the
