Award description:
An award, valued at approximately $2,500 will be awarded to a graduate student registered full time or part time in the Master of Taxation program at the School of Accounting and Finance in the Faculty of Arts who demonstrates strong and consistent academic performance. Full time students must have completed four courses during their Fall term and be enrolled in four courses in the Spring term. Part time students must have completed two courses in each of the Fall and Winter terms and be enrolled in two courses in the Spring term. In order to be considered, students must submit an application which includes a short reflection (maximum of 500 words) to the Department Graduate Coordinator that describes their learning experience in the program and why they are a candidate for this award. This fund is made possible by a donation from the Frank and Azniv Lochan Family Foundation.
