The session will cover current Mitacs programs and recent updates, including new postdoc funding options this year:

• Accelerate – research internships that connect you with industry and non-profit partners
• Accelerate Entrepreneur – funding to help student and postdoc founders grow and commercialize their startups
• Business Strategy Internship(BSI) – innovation and strategy projects (business models, sustainability, process improvement, commercialization)
• Globalink Research Award (GRA) – international research placements with travel funding (12–48 weeks abroad)
