Apply for the Black Graduate Student EDI-R Award

Applications open until January 30th, 2025

Scholarships valued at $5,000 each will be awarded each term to graduate students registered full-time in a doctoral program in any department or Faculty at the University of Waterloo. Interested students must identify as Black and must have obtained a minimum cumulative average of 75% or equivalent in their current or most recently completed program.

Applicants will be notified of the decision by the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-racism once a decision has been made.
