edition
of
the
acclaimed
book,

was
launched.
The
first
seven
editions
of
the
text
were
co-authored
by
Waterloo
Engineering’s
former
Dean,
Adel
Sedra,
and
University
of
Toronto
Professor
Emeritus,
Kenneth
(KC)
Smith.
The
8
th edition
marks
a
new
beginning
for
the
text
where
Professors
Vincent
Gaudet
(University
of
Waterloo)
and
Tony
Chan
Carusone
(University
of
Toronto)
make
their
debut
as
co-authors,
alongside
Sedra
and
Smith.
Microelectronic
Circuits
is
published
in
ten
languages,
has
over
one
million
copies
in
print,
and
is
one
of
the
most
widely
used
texts
on
the
subject
to
date.
