Mohammed Nassar selected as this term's Engineering Society Teaching Excellence Award recipient

In recognition of his contributions to ensure academic success for his students, ECE's Mohammed Nassar has been selected as this term’s recipient of the Engineering Society Teaching Excellence Award!

The award recognizes an instructor who has:

• employed non-conventional teaching techniques,
• allowed opportunities for experiential learning, and
• showed commitment and dedication towards ensuring academic success for students.

According to the selection committee, Nassar went above and beyond to employ different learning styles to combine a comfortable mix of theory, example and group work to allow for experiential learning opportunities throughout the course.
