FAUW is seeking nominations for six director seats. Nominations close March 17.

Positions:
- Four at-large directors, for a 2-year term
- One director representing teaching stream faculty, for a 2-year term
- One director representing Mathematics, for a 1-year term (to bring this role back in line with other faculty rep seats)
All terms begin July 1, 2025. You may only run for one position.
Nominations: If you have someone in mind (not yourself) that you would like the Nominating & Elections Committee (NEC) to contact about being FAUW president, please email Katy Fulfer and the NEC will contact them.
Running for director: If you would like to run for a director seat, please complete the FAUW elections forms listed below and submit to FAUW or MC 4001 by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2025:
- Your candidate nomination form, signed by three nominators
- Your candidate information form, which will include a candidate statement up to 500 words, speaking to:
- why you want to join the FAUW Board of Directors
- the skills or experience you have that would make you a good director
- your approach to collaboration and how you'll apply it to representing all FAUW members
- A candidate photo for the election webpage
Elections Timeline:
- Nominations open Monday, March 3, 2025
- Nominations close on Monday, March 17 at 4:30 p.m.
- Electronic ballots will be sent to voting members Monday, March 24
- Voting closes at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 4
- Results will be announced at the Spring General Meeting on Tuesday, April 8
