As of December 5th, 2018, students can enter their Canadian banking information into Quest to enable direct deposit of payments from their Student Account. Funds may only be deposited into the specified Canadian bank account, not withdrawn.
Direct deposit is a secure and convenient way to receive student payments without any postal delay. Not only will you be able to access your funds more quickly, you can also be sure they will never be lost, stolen or damaged in the mail.
As part of the reorganization of the Finance department that has been in progress for the last several years and the unification of Finance under one roof in EC5, Student Accounts is now operating as the Student Financial Services group within Finance.
The Student Financial Services group of Finance (previously called “Student Accounts”) currently located on the 1st floor of Needles Hall will be moving to join their colleagues on the 4th floor of East Campus 5 (EC5) on Thursday June 2nd.
