Requirements for transfer to GEM, Geospatial Data Science or Climate and Environmental Change
- Completion of a minimum of any three GEOG, AVIA or GDS courses (excluding GEOG 100 - On Becoming a Geographer), or two GEOG, AVIA or GDS courses (excluding GEOG 100) and one ENVS course.
- 70% overall average in all AVIA, GEOG, GDS and ENVS courses taken to date.
- Currently enrolled in a co-op plan if requesting a transfer to a co-op plan in GEM.
If you meet these requirements, please submit a Plan Modification or Internal/Faculty Transfer Application form to the Registrar's Office.
* During a qualifying term, a minimum of 3 GEOG, GDS, AVIA, or ENVS courses are required and no failures are permitted.
* Transfers to Geography and Aviation are paused for the 2026-2027 academic year. Please contact the Geography and Aviation advisor for further information.
