Graduate students participate in career workshop

In conjunction with the Centre for Career Action, the Department of Germanic and Slavic Studies organized a workshop on non-academic careers on 16 January 2014. Six students attended the session led by Career Advisor Elisabeth Adrian. The The workshop concentrated on strategies for clarifying employment goals, documenting one's interests and experience, and effective networking. 

The Department of Germanic and Slavic Studies is committed to helping its students find ways of applying their skills and learning in both academic and non-academic careers.
