Biography

I am the PAD for the 2024/2025 Academic year (Pädagogische Austauschdienst), a Visiting Lecturer from Germany.

I was born in a small village in Northern Germany, close to the North Sea.
After finishing school I went to the USA as an Au-pair for 1.5 years, where I got to live near Dallas and in Seattle.
Then I moved to Osnabrück for my BA, for which I studied Geography, English studies, and Education. I have also worked in elementary and secondary schools, teaching German and supervising the children after class.
For my Master of Education, I am participating in the PAD’s exchange program to teach German courses at University of Waterloo.
