Dear University of Waterloo community, 

This is a reminder to register for a UWaterloo Community Forum session where we will have an open discussion regarding the hate-motivated attack on our campus.  

If you need support during the event, we will have wellness counsellors on-site at the Theatre of the Arts. If you are joining online, counselling support will be available by phone. 

Registration will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 14. 

Date: Monday, July 17, 2023  

Time:  2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.  

Where: Theatre of the Arts, Modern Languages or join online with Microsoft Teams

You can still submit a question in advance of the forum during the registration process. 

For those attending the event virtually on MS Teams, a link will be sent to your @uwaterloo.ca email address the morning of Monday, July 17.
