06/25: Update your information in Quest

As part of our ongoing commitment to your safety and security we are announcing an important change to the University of Waterloo’s Emergency Notification System (ENS). In the coming months we will be transitioning from WatSAFE to Regroup Mobile, a new, integrated ENS with more ways than ever to alert our campuses in case of an emergency.

Action required: update your contact information

To ensure you receive timely and accurate emergency notifications, we need you to update your contact information, especially your phone number, in Quest.

Please sign in to Quest and ensure that your contact details are current. It is particularly important to update your cellular phone number, as this will enable us to send you emergency alerts via text message through the new system. Ensuring accurate contact information is crucial for your safety and the effectiveness of our emergency communications.

Why this matters

The ENS is designed to keep our campus communities safe by providing prompt notifications in case of emergencies. By ensuring your contact information is up to date, you help us enhance the overall safety and security of our University.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
