Dr. Matthew Wiseman
Matthew Wiseman is a Lecturer in the Department of History at the University of Waterloo. His research and teaching focuses on the modern history of Canada and the United States, with a specialization in the development of science and medical research ethics. In this talk, he will discuss the threat of radioactive fallout in Canada during the Cold War and the public health measures initiated to protect the Canadian population.
