New micro scanner enhances research potential.

Without these extra funds, and the efforts of Jonathan and Jill, the purchase would not have been possible.

History liaison librarian Jane Forgay, credits history doctoral students Jill Campbell-Miller and Jonathan Crossen for working with Library staff to submit a successful proposal to the Graduate Studies Endowment Fund

This is great news for graduate students and other researchers. Purchasing a ScanPro 2000 with the new funding enables researchers to scan multiple pages automatically, among other functions, and create optical character recognition (OCR) files that are searchable using keywords.
