Email issues RESOLVED

The issues of e-mails being delayed by up to 48 hours is believed to be resolved. IST staff have determined the issue appears to have been caused when the university experienced an e-mail distributed denial of service attack. Testing has concluded that e-mail is again sending properly using LEARN. If you have any questions, please contact learnhelp@uwaterloo.ca.
