Resolved - Email issues Have Persisted
As of Friday, November 15th, the email problems that occurred during the Sunday Desire2Learn maintenance update, have been corrected. Unfortunately, some email messages sent from within LEARN between Sunday, November 10th after 7:00 AM until the restoration on Friday may have been marked as SPAM, delayed in delivery or not delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience if this affected email you sent from within LEARN. If you have any concerns, please contact email@example.com.
Waterloo LEARN email issues have persisted. Sending email is working, however, emails generated by Waterloo LEARN may be flagged as SPAM by your receiving email server/client. Please scan incoming email marked as SPAM to determine whether it may be a legitimate email from Waterloo LEARN. If your SPAM automatically goes to a Junk folder, you may wish to check for Waterloo LEARN emails.
