LAAUW is please to invite you to a session of “Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue”. This course, offered through OHD, is described as:
A conflict education program that equips individuals and departments with the tools, knowledge, and resources to hold conversations when the stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong. Crucial Conversations teaches nine powerful skill sets to help employees develop vital skills to turn disagreement and conflict into conversation and dialogue.
OHD will be conducting a modified version of the course for us, which will run for two hours and will also have a focus on how to have difficult conversations with your manager. We have heard from staff that when this was offered in the past it was very valuable, and there was a desire to have another session.
The date booked for the session is: November 26th from 10am-12pm in-person in DC 1568. Please ensure that you RSVP to the meeting invitation so we can have a firm number of attendees.
