Guarding Minds at Work survey drop-in sessionExport this event to calendar

Wednesday, April 4, 2018 — 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM EDT

This is an opportunity for you to understand more about the Guarding Minds at Work survey, how it will be administered, and how we will be using the survey results to inform action on identified issues.

About the survey

The Guarding Minds at Work survey is based on Canada’s national standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and is designed to assist workplaces to identify and address the risk factors that impact employees’ psychological health and safety at work.

This survey is anonymous and confidential. It will be administered by Linda Brogden from Occupational Health and Katrina DiGravio from Organizational and Human Development. You will receive an email from Linda and Katrina on Monday, April 9 with a link to the survey and this link will remain open until the survey closes on Friday, April 20.

Your responses to this survey will assist us to formulate an Action Plan to address the top 2-3 identified areas of concern across the Library, as well as at the department level or multi-department level, depending upon the size of your department. (Note: Departments with more than 20 employees will be assessed independently, whereas departments with under 20 employees will be grouped with other departments. Aggregate results for the entire Library will also be assessed.)
