CMHR and Clinical Psychology Supports a Community Family
Every year in November, the House of Friendship in Kitchener opens their Christmas Bureau, which is filled with many community families that need sponsors to assist in bringing them a wonderful holiday season.
Clinical Psychology has taken part in this tradition for a number of years. It is a wonderful way to give back to our community.
This year we sponsored a family with three children. We buy them a gift certificate for a grocery store so they will have a nice holiday meal. We also purchase each of the children presents and stockings so they will be able to experience the joy and fun of being a child at this special time of year.
As you can see by our picture below, the children will be very happy this year!
