James Horne
James Horne received his Ph.D. from Columbia University and taught philosophy at the University of Waterloo and world religions at Renison College. He wrote mostly about 'private' experiences such as faith, dreaming, paranormal experiences and abilities, mysticism, and theories of love. 

Notable contributions to the field include the following publications. In 1996, Wilfred Laurier Press published Mysticism and Vocation. In 1983, Wilfred Laurier Press published The Moral Mystic.  And in 1978 Wilfred Laurier Press published Beyond Mysticism.
